Terms & Conditions

By booking our services you agree to abide by the following terms & conditions:

1) Any food & drink consumed, must be purchased on the premises and should be kept in the provided areas and not taken onto the golf play area. 

2) Herefordshire Golf Indoors reserves the right to refuse entry and any sale/further sale of alcoholic beverages if visitors behave in an inappropriate manner and or display anti-social behaviour whilst on site.

3) ID will be required to purchase alcohol. Staff reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol at their own discretion.

4) Happy Gilmore is a good, fun film, but any attempts to replicate shots with a run up will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave without the right to a refund of any remaining time.

5) All visitors to the site, attend at their own risk and Herefordshire Golf Indoors does not accept any liability for any personal injury or damage to equipment brought onto the site. 

6) Whilst we don't insist on formal golf attire, you are visiting a golfing environment and encourage visitors to dress as appropriately as possible. In our opinion, we have found that this enhances your overall experience of golf.

7) We aim to provide the best customer service experience possible and we operate a zero tolerance policy with regards to any abusive behaviour or language towards member of staff or Herefordshire Golf Indoors representative.

8) Memberships – These are billed & charged on a monthly basis until cancelled. There is no minimum contract period and can be cancelled at any time. Once a monthly payment is made you are entitled to the discounted rates for the entirety of that calendar month, even if you cancel the day after payment.

9) Members must be present for all bookings made in their name. Any attendees arriving without the booked member will be either a) required to pay the full normal rate, or b) the booking will be cancelled with no refund being given to the member who made the original booking.

10) Golf Balls – Herefordshire Golf Indoors will provide all golf balls that are to remain on site. As our technology requires a metallic sticker to be placed on the ball, a charge of £1 per ball will be levied to any individual requiring to use their own balls.
